In Go language, there are two types of comments that are not executed. Single comments can be used to explain the purpose of the code. Multi-line comments are used to hide the code that is not executed. If a single-line comment is put on top of a function, it becomes a function comment.
There are 4 basic rules of using comments. Be concise, be clear, be relevant, and avoid obvious comments.
