How to replace a mechanical tachometer cable

The tachometer cable on my TR6 is not hooked up and the internal core was pulled out of the cable sheath for some reason by the previous owner. While it may be salvageable and I will probably keep it as a backup, I am replacing it with a brand new one just for the sake of accuracy and serviceability. It is pretty straight forward but I thought I'd make a video on it in case somebody had never seen the distributor driven mechanical tachometers before.
