A while ago I broke the mirror head of one of my ADJ Inno Scans, so as I just received a replacement I thought it would be appropriate to do a tutorial on how to replace the mirror head. Whilst I am using ADJ's new Inno Scan as my example the process is rather similar for many other scanners.
