How to set overtime in Microsoft Project.

This video explains how to set overtime in Microsoft Project. The tutorial covers how to add overtime to a task using the Resource Usage view and the overtime work column. The tutor then demonstrates how to change the resource calendar, to add extra hours permanently to a resource. The difference between the two methods is explained by showing the impact on the Gantt chart display. The first method reduces the task symbol to a milestone, whilst the second method displays the full task in the non-working time area, if you have the correct timescale displayed. Point to note: changing the calendar will effect all allocated tasks, not just one task.
