How to setup Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Citrix Cloud

Just today Citrix released MFA (Active Directory + Token) authentication on Citrix Cloud. I decided I wanted this added security and figured I'd shoot a video of me setting it up for the first time. I ran into some issues along the way (simple things that might catch you off guard like they caught me) so I figured I'd share my experience.
