How to solve Explorer.exe error on system startup

1)open run by pressing (windows button+r) 2)type regedit 3)first go to to hkey current user then software then microsoft then windows NT then current version then click on windows 4)in this folder this load file runs on startup and the explorer.exe error comes 5)to delete this undeletable file. follow the steps as shown in the video.
