If you check Start - Documents - My Games - Fallout4 Open Fallout4.ini with a text editor and CHANGE: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ to sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\ Open Fallout4Prefs.ini with a text editor and ADD: bEnableFileSelection=1 to the 'Launcher' section.
