How to store POTATOES (without a root cellar)

We recently harvested a crop of potatoes in our backyard garden in North Texas. We don't have a root cellar or second refrigerator, so we have to store our harvest indoors at room temperature. It's also possible to leave your potatoes in the ground up until the first freeze, but we need our raised bed to grow other crops.
