The FREQUENCY function returns a frequency distribution as a vertical array. Create a vertical range of cells containing the upper bandings with which you wish to group your data (for example 0-10, 11-20 and so on 91-100) Select the output range. The FREQUENCY formula returns an array; we’ll use an array formula. Type this formula: FREQUENCY. Select the data array. Select the range which contains intervals.
