How to use Unity Layout Groups

In this video I will show you 2 components that you can use to make very fast and easy groups on your UI.
These components will let you group UI objects Horizontally or Vertically so that they will dynamically fit the panel you have them on. You can also use the Grid Layout component to do the same thing as a grid on the Panel.
