HTML Tutorial 3 - Tables, Layers and comments

In this video I go over setting up page templates for linking to different pages on your own site, how to create tables to display structured data and layers which can be used to postion content on your webpage. Ther's a little bit of CSS in there but I'll explain all of that in the next video.
