We are going to finally take a closer look at the apartment, and figure out how to size our ductwork. But first in this video we will look at specifically what we look at during a site visit to a building site.
1 Familiarize yourself with the layout
2 Quick sketch of building
3 Take note of orientation
4 Inspect windows/ Doors and measure
5 Measure walls and floors and determine construction
6 Take note of construction detail - siding, roofing, foundation, etc
7 Consider final design criteria (Desired temperature, and humidity settings)
