In this video I have well explained the floral biology of male and female flowers of Cucumber (a monoeious plant) and the easiest way of hybridization. Please remember I have shown it just in general but for true breeding (controlled self-pollination and hybridization) obviously you have to follow the standard hybridization protocol like; parental line selection, bagging of female flower before blooming, after cross-pollination bagging again and tagging as well. Finally harvesting of mature fruits, seed collection, processing, drying and storage for future evaluation.
