Hydra firmware 2.0 is here, so it's playtime. Fill four mod slots with envelope 3 going to oscillator pitch, set the amount to 120 each time. Quantize the envelope to 5. Now whatever modulator you choose to play with the sustain level selects an octave. In this case it's a positive LFO because I'm being boring, but it could be aftertouch or the mod wheel or what have you, and you get levels of whatever you can select, as you like when you like.
