Abundance flows through fields and foundries, The Market joins the distant shore, Measurability reveals us, And Competition sharpens more. O Virtue! guide our hearts unbroken! O Virtue! crown the just and free! By deed, by truth, by solemn token, We build the Eternal Polity! Fortitude stands through storm and famine, Fairness balances sword and scale. Temperance governs fire within us Lest appetite make kingdoms fail. Governance raises noble order, Justice strikes falsehood from the throne; Forgiveness heals the ancient fracture And turns the enemy to kin. Prudence reads the signs of ages, Harmony joins voice unto voice; Hope unveils the unborn future And teaches frightened hearts to choose.
