Hōʻike 2022
After four weeks of cultural-based and STEM-based activities, our 2022 haumana (students) have reached the end of their cohort and are finally ready to share all the ʻike (knowledge) they have learned. FOLLOW US HERE: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/malama_kaehu/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/kaehubay/ Website: https://www.kyemp.org/ KAEHU is grateful for all the native mentors that have contributed to our online educational library. All of the information being shared is KAPU and not to be taken or used in any other manner than for personal use. As indigenous peoplesʻ, we face cultural misappropriation regularly and often see our culture used by foreigners that exploit the teachings for their financial benefits, without the consent of the Kumu. This is ʻĀʻOLE Pono (This is not acceptable)!! Please contact the mentor directly to learn about classes, workshops, and more about their expertise. Go to www.kaehu.org for more information on the mentors.
