I Am Changed

I Am Changed I received this song after several demeaning and hate-filled letters I received online this past March. I am constantly receiving hateful, intolerant emails from those who say I should not be telling my story. It's my story...and no one has to listen. I am just compelled to 'say so' by God's Word. It's as if everyone has a right to tell their story - except those of us who dare to say we've been transformed by the love and power of Jesus Christ. In light of yesterdays Supreme Court decision concerning the Defense of Marriage Act I felt I needed to publicly reaffirm where I stand and what I believe...and the Lord reminded me of this song. Believers - new creations - be Kingdom minded and keep your eyes focused on Jesus. Such governmental decisions hold absolutely no bearing upon our hope or or identity...because both are found in knowing Jesus Christ intimately...and He will not leave us nor will He forsake us.
