I Caught The Motor Bug

In this video I respond to another trouble call at a pair of motor soft starters which have been very occasionally experiencing a software bug which makes them trip or fault on phantom conditions. In the course of my visit I observe the software bug occurring, and cycle power to remove the bug. I am still not certain what the exact cause of this bug is, however; in another video coming soon I believe I am getting closer to finding the exact culprit.
