Today in the Pastry Academy, I decided to put my students to the test.
After creating a giant chocolate panda sculpture, I challenged them to recreate it… but on a much smaller scale.
Working with chocolate requires precision, patience, and technique. From sculpting the shapes to assembling the final details, every step pushes their creativity and skills.
The question is… can they successfully recreate the panda, or will it turn into a chocolate disaster?
