Factory test of a fully automatic IB 50 NIBS unit, able to run up to 50 Kg. per hour of raw cocoa beans or other types of nuts, to roast them, break them, clean them and separate them into three dimensional size of nibs: medium (2-4 mm.), large (more than 4 mm.) and powder (less than 2 mm.).
Brovind IB range goes from 25 up to 200 kg. per hour capacity, to meet the demands of the small-medium chocolate and/or confectionery companies.
