IBM UrbanCode Deploy: External approvals

In UrbanCode Deploy 7.1 we added the ability to have "pre-process" checks that a deployment should execute outside of the formal approval system within the tool. Now you can check if a ticket is in the right state in your ITSM tool or anything else you want.
