Ice Cream Cookie Scoops
Make cookie dough of your choice or buy cookie dough and turn a muffin tin upside down and form dough around each muffin shape. Bake accordingly and let cool. Pull off of tin and place a scoop of ice cream of your choice in the cookie mold...good warmed alittle prior to serving. So many variations can be used...whoever thought this one up was a genius...children will love helping make them and eating them !! Oh Yum !!
