Iconic Construction update May 2026

Construction at ICONIC Residences continues to progress steadily, marking 73 weeks of development and over 2,510,000 safe man working hours with zero incidents recorded on site. The tower has now reached Level 26, with more than one-third of the structure completed. Fit-out works are advancing across 10 levels in parallel, including partitions, ceiling, and MEP installations. Facade curtain wall materials for Tier 1 residential floors have already been delivered to the UAE, with installation underway at the first in-place apartment. Procurement activities also remain on track, with key long-lead items secured and finishing materials scheduled for phased delivery in line with the construction sequence. ICONIC Residences is designed by legendary Italian design house Pininfarina and represents Pininfarina’s first branded residences in the Middle East.
