Stupid people shooting off fireworks in a dry season in a city that has banned all fireworks because of the high risk of fire, but the safe and sane aren't the majority of illegal fireworks going off, mortar types are surrounding me, these types of fireworks are considered explosive devices and require a special license, but hey you can buy them on Craigslist!
