IDOL || OC PMV

Being impulsive works sometimes! I started this on the 6th, then finished it last night after what felt like non-stop work. I was really determined to make this because its been in my head for a surprisingly long time! I find that while I can list off hundreds of songs I'd love to animate with my own characters, its near impossible for me to be reminded of anything else when listening to music. But this is a special case, because Mimi here (the star of our animation today!) has TWO songs I associate with her before my own OCs, and she's not even my character! I think that says something about the vibes she was given. As these characters aren't mine, I can only guess at how to interpret their lore!
