Slowly ramping up Pulse Width.
Blew up my half-bridge pushing the little IGBTs as far as I could. Though I believe what caused them to explode was the fact that I quite idiotically turner the power off while they were running full blast, the explosion happened simultaneously with me switching power off. -.-
