History of Presenting Illness
• 58 year old lady with CVI s/p B/L GSV ablations with persistent B/L LE cramping, heaviness, edema, and R ankle venous ulcer. She has been compliant with compression stockings, venous pumps, leg elevation, and OTC pain medication
• PMH: Chronic venous insufficiency, DM, HLD, hypothyroidism, OSA
• Social: Quit tobacco 6 months ago (1 pk yr history); No alcohol or other drugs
• Medications: Aspirin, Metformin, Levothyroxine,
