The Imberbus Running Day based at Warminster Station & Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire on Saturday 16th August 2025. 00:00 Warminster Station 01:47 Imber Village (1) 08:54 Gore Cross Bus Station (1) 13:29 Tilshead Village Hall 14:47 Gore Cross Bus Station (2) 18:11 Imber Village (2) 19:05 Cavalcade Imberbus, the classic bus service running as 23A working from Warminster Station to the abandoned village of Imber on the Salisbury Plain. A number of buses were running between Warminster and Imber, and some other buses were heading through other parts of Salisbury Plain to Gore Cross, New Zealand Farm Camp, Brazen Bottom, Market Lavington, Tilshead and Chitterne. There was mostly a number of Old & New London Routemasters including a few guest vehicles as well. Some of the guest vehicles include a New Yutong U11DD brought from First Bus in a green WestBus livery. Thames Travel also brought one their New River Rapids MCV EvoSetis. A few TFL Buses were also included. Some include Stagecoach Selkent 11066, Go-Ahead BD11 EBD111 and a Fastrack Mercedes Citaro. There was a number of open toppers as well. And Brighton & Hove RML2317 has recently been restored. A special cavalcade will be seen at the end.
