This video goes over the basics of the Immersive Engineering mod in Minecraft, including how to use a water wheel to make some power, using an acculmuator to store the power, how to wire everything up, how to get water; and some other things such as conveyor belts, treated wood (coke oven), and steel (blast furnace). This video is made in Skyfactory 5 (Minecraft 1.20.1), so there may be some slight differences to other modpacks
