Improve Your Walking (Alexander Technique)

Improving HOW you walk can help with plantar fasciitis. Oftentimes if/when you have heel pain, the idea (alone) of walking is something that causes us stress, but what if changing the way you walk could help you heal the pain you were experiencing in your feet?
