In this video, I will show you some adjustments you can make to Shotcut settings to help it perform a bit better with editing 4K clips.
Shotcut is a great free, open-source and cross-platform video editor. I've been using it lately with a 2018 Macbook Pro that I currently have for work. I have noticed that Shotcut suffers from performance issues especially when it comes to editing 4K videos.
Unfortunately, the adjustments don't make a great degree of difference in terms of improving the working experience.
