This is a custom metronome for Improvisation made by adding click sounds via Sibelius notation software. There are two clicks: one for the pulse and one for the notated rhythms. I have also included Carter's autograph manuscript from 1950 rev. 1966. It can be very helpful to check the accuracy of your metric modulations. The revision was made by marking up Carter's published 1950 version. Note that there are some significant differences between this autograph MS and the published 1966 revisions. Look at the beating spot differences, especially at the bottom of page 2.
