Live from Kauai...in a tent. Feeling heavy hearted. A classmate diedin a car accident last night. also, trying to break the habit of giving my energy away FOR GOOD to thirsty narcissists and to have boundaries and listen to red flags. I wanna stand in my power, in my light and stop being scared of it. I wanna show up for myself and be who I truly am. So, Today I woke up and waited hours to get up and felt Too heavy to sit up and close my eyes to feel the pain in my heart. So finally accepting where I'm at, pulled myself off social media, and gave it all I had, and I turned on one of my favorite beats and showed up for myself. This is what I love to do. Usually im free flowing in a journal now I'm going for speaking the flow and working through my emotions to create something new. Let's see where this goes. Basically got inspired realizing it's Hard to run from yourself when you're in a tent trying to hide, so might as well get to know thyself and flowwww yo. In a tent.
