Incentive Program Explained

The KonnectMD Voucher Access program is an incentive site created to support agents in closing sales by offering limited, promotional vouchers to prospective customers. This program is intended for new, potential eligible customers and must be used responsibly and fairly. Agents may issue vouchers to themselves one time unless its a different voucher, and vouchers cannot be repeatedly issued to the same customer as a way to “stack” incentives or recreate the same offer. Which means you can send a different incentive to the same person but not the same one to the same person. To protect the integrity of the program, duplicate submissions will not receive an additional voucher unless it is a different voucher type being offered. All vouchers are subject to availability and expiration dates; once a voucher expires, it is considered forfeited and will not be replaced, extended, or reissued. Agents should ensure customers understand the voucher terms before submitting and encourage timely redemption.
