However, he says that during their three-way relationship, he made a loan to the defendant and she refuses to pay him back. The defendant says she felt pressured into the sexual relationship because it became uncomfortable and too central to their friendship. She agrees that he helped her out on several occasions, but says he never mentioned repayment.
