In this video I show you how to make a simple inflatable sander replacement. Inflatable sanders are really expensive, and the replacement sleeves are outrageously expensive. The expense would be justified if inflatable sanders were reliable, but they are notorious for leaking air. If you want to sand concave surfaces there aren't any commercially available alternatives. So I decided to make one from some scrap wood, a 1/4" bolt, and some adhesive velcro. DIY13
The total cost is probably less than $1, but $1 is a nice and round number. I hope you find this project useful and hope it saves you some money and frustration from overpriced inflatable sanders.
