Inkscape Tutorial: Vector Gauge Icons

In today's tutorial I'll be demonstrating how to design vector gauge icons -- icons in which the position of the needle can be easily altered to indicate specific progress. These icons are great for use on websites or mobile applications when you want to specify speed or some kind of incremental progress.
