Installing Git on Windows is an option, even though it's not recommended by The Odin Project and isn't part of their curriculum. However, I personally chose to install it on my Windows system. I used their lesson 'Setting Up Git' as guidance. If you're following Odin's Curriculum, it's advisable to set up Git on your Virtual Machine since their support is primarily for Linux.
