Installing OpenShift 4.7 on VMware via IPI
Installing OpenShift 4.7 with the automated install via IPI (installer provisioned infrastructure) on VMware 6.7. It's a super easy install, I cut out all the wait time as it took my lap just over one hour to complete. A couple prerequisites are to insure you have your vSphere certs loaded, you can fetch them using a browser and going to https://your.vcenter.svr/certs/download.zip, extract the .zip file and install the version per your platform (Linux or Mac). You may need to change the filenames by adding .crt at the end. I had to do this on my Ubuntu bastion host before it would recognize they were certificates. Once the certs are installed, make sure you can resolve the IP addresses that will be used for the internal load balancer for api.cluster.domain.com and *.apps.cluster.domain.com. Links!
