Installing Polymer 2 CLI (and git) into Windows Xampp

Polymer 2 is the latest development from Google. Polymer runs alongside NodeJS, but us PHP developers oftentimes use XAMPP, or some flavor of apache for our development environments.In this video, I am continuing the process of setting up a supercharged Web Development environment, by adding Polymer 2 into the mix. Polymer 2 does require git cli, so git cli is installed first. Then I demonstrate how to install polymer, create a basic default app, and run it. The polymer demo runs in polyserver just the same as it runs in a xampp server demo site. The big difference is that in xampp we can utilize a php and sql backend; which i will demonstrate in future videos.
