Successful installation of a casement window first requires having a window opening with enough space for shimming and insulation. A window opening with 3/8" to 1/2" extra space will allow for these things as well as space to maneuver the casement window if the window frame is out of square or if you need a head expander. Screwing the window in place takes great care so as not to twist the window frame. Todd Gibson and Conrad Mast from ProVia's Installation Support Team provide a step-by-step tutorial on how to measure for and install ProVia's casement windows.
