Installing the 24Pole mini PAS sensor

In this video Robbie demonstrates the basic installation of the mini 24 Pole PAS sensor (see https://ebikes.ca/shop/electric-bicycle-parts/torque-sensors/pas-24p.html ) on a bike with square taper cranks. For bikes that have a reasonably formed spindle and a 6mm gap between the crank face and the BB shell it usually fits with no issues. On bikes that have too small a gap for the sensor to fit there is always the option to remove some metal from the crank arm (as demonstrated here) or getting a longer BB. Some spindles expand in diameter too rapidly after the taper section and prevent the ID of the sensor from sliding on deep enough, and in that case a file or dremel may be needed to enlarge the opening of the rotating plastic piece inside the PAS sensor.
