Instant Puffed Wheat Experiments. I have always wondered how to obtain best results for puffed grain especially wheat. It seems the store bought variety is larger and there must be a reason. I suspected water percentages, but clearly it is not just a matter of adding extra water.
Based on a viewer comment we tried adding some water to the wheat, let it soak overnight and tried it in the pressure vessel. Some interesting results. Come check it out.
