This is a new product "C-Coat" being distributed by SCS and our partners for thin-film insulation. The video is sped up 2x for convenience. The hot plate is at 150°C and the coating is ~1.5mm thick.
C-Coat Can be applied to substrates with temperature up to 150°C and can withstand up to 200°C in service (Varients up to 600°C+). Single pack, adheres to most surfaces, lower cost than alternatives. Eliminates condensation and corrosion under insulation.
