1. Welding of Refractory Anchor Bolts Operators must hold a welding certificate. Use welding rods compatible with the material of the refractory anchor bolts. Ensure the refractory anchor bolts are fully welded and that the welding positions are accurate. After welding, inspect each weld point one by one. 2. Step Two: Installing the Backup Blanket (Ceramic Fiber Blanket) Remove the ceramic fiber blanket from its packaging and unfold it. Cut the blanket to the required size using a straightedge and a sharp knife. Lay the cut blanket flat on the furnace steel plate, penetrating the blanket with refractory anchor bolts and securing them with metal pieces to ensure the design thickness is achieved. 3. Step Three: Installing the Ceramic Fiber Modules Tools: Use a specialized wrench and guide rod. Installation Order: Install the roof first, then the walls. Arrangement: Use a "staggered" arrangement. After completing one row of modules, compress and lay the compensation blanket (ceramic fiber blanket), secured with U-shaped nails of the same material as the refractory anchor bolts. Compress the compensation blanket at the connections between the furnace walls and the roof, as well as between the walls. Carefully inspect the installed modules; gaps larger than 5 mm should be filled with compensation blanket. Finally, use a board to ensure the ceramic fiber modules are aligned. 4. Step Four Spray a high-temperature curing agent on the surface of the ceramic fiber modules as required to effectively resist internal wind erosion within the furnace. #ceramicfiber #ceramicfiberblanket #refractory #refractoryanchor #insulation #furnace
