Tableau contains a lot of advanced analysis functions such as forecasting and clustering, but sometimes that is just not quite enough. This is when the integration between R and Tableau comes in super handy and where you are able to use any R package directly from within Tableau. In this two-part tutorial, we will look at how to set up the integration to use R in Tableau as well as look at an analysis of sales data to highlight outliers using the "mvoutliers" R package.
