~The instructor is 71 years of age, Former Third Degree Black Belt In Martial Arts (Former Practitioner of Dragon Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Japanese Judo, and Korean Karate).
~The online participants are in their mid-70's and have 5 or more years experience in Mind-Body Matwork.
~We use various props including Long Pole ( at least 5' feet pole), short pole (about 26 inches), Pilates Circle, Pilates Mini-Ball, Physiotherapy Ball, Pilates Long Band, a Small Loop, Hand Weights, Ankle Weights.
