Interesting patterns in Collatz Conjecture

In this video, I attempt to show an approach to finding a couple interesting patterns for the infamous Collatz Conjecture, aka "3x+1 problem". I also provide formulas and a few graphs that clearly indicate these patterns which do not seem to have exceptions.
