This home had flat door slabs from the 70's and already had several other 6 panel doors that had been replaced throughout the years, so the owner decided to make them all match. Replacing interior doors isn't difficult, but it can be helpful to know some tips and tricks to help it go as smoothly and quickly as possible. If you don't have a router, you'll have to remove wood with a chisel where the hinges are located. If your door doesn't have the latch and doorknob bore, you'll have to use a chisel and 1" hole saw for the latch location and a 2 1/8" hole saw for doorknob bore.
