Intermediate Hoop Tutorial: Behind the Back Juggle Toss

Hi Hoopers! Here is a short and sweet tutorial on a behind the back juggle toss! The trick is suitable for all skill sets, as it does not have any specific prerequisites, but it can be considered an intermediate trick. Avoid using weighted hoops because tossing the hoop will feel very challenging! In this tutorial I am using a 30" bare polypro with 3/4 tubing from The Texas Hoop Smith.
